Japanese art-lovers to leave exhibition with mini-mes
11/29/2012Now here's a party favor worth bragging about: Guests at a Japanese art exhibition called Omote 3D Shashin Kan will receive miniature figurines of themselves — tiny models that look eerily like their human originals. Participants to the sold-out show, which opened last weekend, are asked to hold still for 15 minutes while their bodies are scanned; one month later, they'll receive their mini-mes, which are available in three sizes topping out at about eight inches. All this could have been yours for between $260 and $500. [Source]
