4-year-old's gun drawing gets dad arrested, strip-searched

Jessie Sansone thought he would be picking his daughter up from school. Instead, the Ontario resident was grabbed by the police, taken to jail and strip-searched, all because 4-year-old Neaveh drew a picture of her dad holding a gun. The drawing was detailed enough for the school to report it to the police. According to "The Record," Sansone was released after a search of his home yielded a toy, "a partly transparent plastic gun."

"After this ordeal was over, [Neaveh] ran up and gave me a hug and asked 'Daddy are you mad at me?'" Sansone said. "She knows this has to do with her drawing."
