7-Eleven holds invigorating '7-Election' campaign

10/4/2012

7-Eleven is brewing up a little partisan competition in a cup with its coffee campaign “7-Election.” Buy a red cup of coffee to show support for Romney, or buy a blue coffee cup to vote of Obama. So far 60 percent of the purchases have been blue cups, suggesting either Obama is riding the tide of national favor or Romney voters are more into Starbucks. As the invigorating, caffeinated take on polling the nation spreads through Twitter and Facebook, we have to say we’re impressed by the graphic design 7-Eleven has brought out for their election year promotion, and we would definitely love one of the “Purple for the People” slurpees.
