Tragic 9/11 note finds its way to family 10 years later

On the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, one Connecticut family is sharing the story of the note that changed their lives. Husband and dad-of-three Randy Scott was trapped on the 84th floor of 2 World Trade Center when he wrote a note describing the conditions, which was found on the street below and given to a security guard.
