Sure, that’s mildly irresponsible, but excuse us while we roll our eyes and then yawn for five solid minutes because whatever, Canada. Here in the USA we coined the phrase “hell on wheels,” and we’d match any single one of our states against not just the mayor of Toronto but all of Canada for flouting convention, creating outrageously offensive auto art and cheerfully dismissing basic road safety.
