Man wheelchairs across Africa while we contemplate going to the gym

We thought we were impressed by the woman in a wheelchair who went bungee-jumping. But Kenyan Zackary Kimotho gives new meaning to “pushing the limits” by literally pushing himself in his wheelchair from Nairobi, Kenya, to Cape Town, South Africa. Kimotho, who was injured after he was shot during a carjacking eight years ago, is trying to raise money to build a spinal injury rehabilitation unit in the Kenyan capital — currently, the closest unit to his hometown is all the way in South Africa.
