Girl, 10, dies after being hit by stray bullet on New Year's Eve

Aaliyah Boyer, a 10-year-old from Manheim, Pa., died on Thursday after she was struck by a stray falling bullet that hit her on New Year's Eve while she was visiting family in Elkton, Md. Her aunt, Ashley Rice, said Aaliyah suddenly collapsed shortly after a midnight fireworks display. "At first we were like, 'Hey, what are you doing on the ground? Get up!'
