Dogs lead woman to new baby left for dead in plastic shopping bag

You never know what you might come across while walking your dog — coyotes, precious whale puke, a live baby wrapped up in a plastic Wal-Mart bag. An unnamed woman was walking her dogs around the streets of Houston around 7 p.m. Tuesday when they led her to what looked to be a trash bag discarded outside an apartment complex. "She opened the bag and found a newborn female," said Sgt. Gordon Trott, of the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
