11/27/2012A 1999 Chevy Monte Carlo and its furious owner hold the record for the most tickets and highest fines ever issued by the City of Chicago. An ex-boyfriend of unemployed single mom Jennifer Fitzgerald put the car in her name when he bought it for $600 from her uncle in 2008. They split and the heel abandoned the car at the airport where he worked. Over two and a half years, it attracted tickets for a range of parking and other violations to the tune of $105,761. Fitzgerald is suing the city, the airline that leased the parking lot and her ex, and we wish her well. [Source]
