What, no complimentary window washing on his way up? Frenchman and crazy climber (or French climber and crazy man) Alain Robert climbed the 27 floors of the Habana Libre Hotel in Havana, Cuba, without using ropes or a safety net on Monday. He scaled the dilapidated exterior of the 413-foot-tall hotel, which was formerly the Havana Hilton, in just 30 minutes, watched by gobsmacked onlookers on the street below and in the hotel. 50-year-old Robert, who has previously scaled the Empire State Building and the Golden Gate Bridge, said after such climbs, "I feel reborn.
