Alec Baldwin and his wife, Hilaria, have been handling a wave of baby rumors with the two words sure to whip up a celeb gossip storm: "No comment." The couple's PR firm, Hiltzik Strategies, tweeted out the message that "when/if Alec & Hilaria have news they want 2 share,they will share it.
