Allegedly stoned mom drives off forgetting baby on car roof

This story could have had the worst ending possible. Instead it's just got the worst mom ever. An allegedly stoned 19-year-old Phoenix woman recently drove away in a huff from friend's house, forgetting that her 5-week-old son was in his car seat on the roof. Witnesses spotted the baby still strapped in the seat in the middle of an intersection, miraculously unhurt. Catalina Clouser was arrested, and the infant was turned over to child protective services. The ironic part is that Clouser was furious with her boyfriend after he was arrested for a DUI. A kid needs a role model, after all. This baby still needs one.
