Woman upset that debt collector keeps harassing her dead teenage sis
2/23/2013Despite the warnings from the debt collector, Allison Currie's sister isn't going to appear in court. That's because 18-year-old Samantha died almost eight years ago. Currie is both confused and angry about the repeated phone calls she's received from a company called Global Litigation Group, the ones that threaten lawsuits, restraining orders and worse. When the Texas woman's phone calls were investigated, no record of such company could be found; the fact that this could be the work of money-grubbing scam artists makes it even more despicable. "Anyone who would do this scheme, this is the worst kind of way to make money," Currie said. "This is awful." [Source]
