Amanda Bynes, the tabloid gift that keeps on giving, is back in the headlines for bad behavior. She reportedly posted a mean tweet about Jay-Z, a photo she captioned "Ugly face," then deleted it moments later (ah, the ol' tweet 'n' delete). Could have been the work of a hacker, sure, but Bynes' loose online fingers have attracted attention before: A few weeks ago, she shared a photo of her mostly exposed breasts.
