Amanda Bynes' car was impounded by police Sunday, but she wasn't arrested, although she'd recently lost her driving privileges following a DUI arrest and two alleged hit-and-run cases. Reports have indicated that there are fears the actress is losing her mind, though now the troubled actress has supposedly told friends she's not crazy and "everything’s fine."
