2/12/2013American Express is turning Twitter into a shopping mall, letting you pay for things just by tweeting about them. If you sync your Amex card with Twitter, you'll receive special deals on products, and payments are made just by tweeting a purchase hashtag, then retweeting a confirmation from Amex. You're then billed, and the loot is shipped to your home. The full catalog of products goes on sale Wednesday and includes items from merchants like Amazon and Sony.
