Child rapper pays tribute to Sandy Hook victims in new video
12/20/2012The nine-year-old Brooklyn-based rapper behind the viral music video "Pull Ya Pants Up," has shifted his attention from butt cracks to violence in America. Amor “Lilman” Arteaga also ensured that the victims of the Sandy Hook School shooting were honored in the video for his new song "Stop Da Violence." The video was shot earlier this fall, but Arteaga was determined to insert a tribute to the murdered children and teachers. His father Juan explained, "We felt it was the right thing to do. He’s [Amor] a child who is talking about stopping gun violence. And so many little kids were affected by this.” The little rapper has big plans; he wants to discuss the issue with the President: “Obama should listen to me." [Source]
