Musician and human party machine Andrew W.K. has a reason to celebrate after he drummed for 24 hours straight, breaking the world record for longest drumming session … in a retail store. (Yeah, that last part undercuts it just a bit.) The feat was part of the O Music Awards celebration and took place at the Oakley Store in NYC's Times Square. The rocker was cheered on by Cuba Gooding Jr., Questlove of The Roots, and Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Andrew complained of a sore back and wrists after completing the extended drum solo, but knowing him, he probably found the strength afterward to party — hard or otherwise.
