How a dog lover wound up with 60 pooches is a cautionary tail

11/21/2012

You take in a couple of dogs who need a home. The lighting's nice, so they start breeding. Then before you know it you're spending all your money on kibble and can't afford to keep the lights on, let alone pay to have the pups desexed. The owner of a two-bedroom house in Ogden, Utah, contacted folks at Pack 'N Pounce Animal Rescue to admit he could use some help with the 60 puppies and grown dogs he'd hoarded. "He was kind-hearted. Neighbors would put dogs in his yard because they knew how much he loved dogs," said owner of Pack 'N Pounce, Brenda Gordon, who is trying to find homes for some of them. [Source]
