Ann Romney seems to think Mormon missions are just like armed combat

Cruising around Europe telling people about God; driving a tank through Kabul defusing bombs. Those are basically the same thing, right? Ann Romney seemed to think so in her recent appearance on "The View" when she compared her sons' nonviolent Mormon missions to serving in the military. Though commenters on the right were quick to point out how tough Whoopi Goldberg was in questioning her (compared to the Obamas, who got asked about romance and softball), others are now expressing awe that the GOP candidate's wife would liken a religious proselytizing trip to armed combat. Of the comparison, tweep @ScorpioWA responded, "Exactly the same, except the part about getting shot at," while @kkalmes2 wrote, "u cant get more delusional than this."
