If you want another example of how it’s Apple’s sleekly produced world and we’re all just living in, take a look at crime. Specifically, what people are stealing. Muggers still take wallets and purses, but iPhones and iPads are just as desirable. And robbers still rob banks. But they also pull heists at Apple stores. That’s what went down at the flagship Apple store in Paris New Year’s Eve, where four masked and armed robbers executed a Hollywood-perfect robbery reportedly stealing up to $1.3 million in swag.
