Arby's manager fired after climbing out drive-thru to escape robber

When Mary Archer was cornered by a knife-wielding robber in the Arby's where she worked, the 56-year-old assistant manager was determined to survive. She shoved him and fled, screaming for help as she climbed out of the drive-thru window. "I had pushed him away … because I'm like, 'I'm not going to die in Arby's tonight,'" Archer said of her ordeal. The robber fled and hasn't been caught or punished, but Archer sure was.
