The new must-have device that all the cool kids are going to want is the Arirang, developed by none other than North Korea's Pyongyang Information Technology Bureau. And while the Arirang, named after a Korean folk song, might look just like an iPad knockoff, we'll have you know it's … OK, it's just an iPad knockoff. One tech blog does speculate that the device is running Google's open source Android operating system. But the real reason Apple and Microsoft should be shaking in fear over this new competitor?
