Arizona cracks down on the terrible crime of parody Twitter accounts

When people talk about the crime problem in America, you know what's at the top of their list of complaints: fake Twitter accounts. There's nothing worse than thinking you're following @williamshatner, when it's really just @wi11iamshatn3r. Thankfully, Arizona's legislature is finally attacking these unverified villains with new measures that would make such accounts illegal. State Representative Michelle Ugenti has introduced a bill that would make it a class 5 felony to impersonate someone online, including on a social media site. Take that, @fakers! Here's hoping all those cheap celebrity jokes were worth some jail time in the desert. [Source]
