Basketball coach miffed after her team loses by staggering 105 points

12/12/2012

The girls basketball team at Arlington High School in Indiana had lost 23 straight games before earning their biggest “L” of the season against Bloomington South. For a team that has only averaged 17 points per game, the result wasn't surprising, but the score was: Bloomington won 107-2. Winning coach Larry Winters said he wasn't trying to "embarrass" the Golden Knights — and he constantly tweaked his lineup during the game — but first-year Arlington coach Ebony Jackson was still cranky about it. "It's not OK, but [Winters] will have to live with that," she said. Jackson did note that her team had "almost no basketball experience." Wow, you don't say. [Source]
