Asiana flight attendants fight to wear pants, join 21st century

South Korea's Asiana is one of the world's top airlines, but behind the scenes it's fighting a nasty internal battle with its flight attendants. Female Asiana flight attendants have to deal with 10 pages of rules governing their physical appearance; men have only two. Now, the women are fighting for the right to do something most women on the job have taken for granted for years: the privilege of wearing pants. The South Korean human rights commission has come out in favor of the pants option. A success here would follow another of the female attendants' newly won rights: to wear eyeglasses. [Source]
