Pot dealer kept stash safe with gator named 'Mr. Teeth,' cops say

Just a guess: Assif Mayar's favorite movie is "Scarface," and his favorite line is "Say hello to my little friend!" However, his peacemaker of choice isn't an M16. It’s a 5-foot alligator named "Mr. Teeth," which deputies discovered (along with 34 pounds of marijuana) at Mayar's home in Castro Valley, Calif. Mayar said he acquired ol' Toothy in 1996 "to commemorate the death of rapper Tupac Shakur," an homage that probably makes sense if your world revolves around massive quantities of weed. Alas, he didn't take very good care of his guard gator: It's now quarantined at the Oakland Zoo for veterinary treatment, while Mayar has new digs at the Santa Rita Jail. [Source]
