Consumer Reports has named AT&T the worst-rated major cellphone carrier in the U.S. and deemed Verizon the best, with Sprint and T-Mobile in between. That's how the four cellular giants ranked last year, too, but this time, the survey offered AT&T users a fig leaf to cover their shame. "AT&T is still in the cellar," a Consumer Reports spokesperson said, but "they have the best 4G network — that is to say, it’s the one that drew the least amount of complaints."
