Genius ATMs offer $1 and $5 options — and it's about time

If you're tired of going to the ATM and having to take out at least $20 when you just want a latte, you're in luck. New ATMs from Chase and PNC are arriving that will allow customers to take out amounts as small as $1 and $5. Chase currently has about 400 ATMs capable of handing out singles and Lincolns, and has plans to double that by the end of the year. Greg McBride, a senior financial analyst at Bankrate.com, said the ATMs would be helpful, allowing customers to not have to withdraw more money than they need in these tough economic times.
