Attention, criminals: Town's two cops can't own guns

Chief Ernest "Chris" Armijo had to empty his holster after being indicted for nonpayment of child support. Deputy Brian Bernal -- who isn't even a certified officer yet -- can't own a gun due to a domestic violence conviction. "This isn't a TV show. This is life," Armijo said. "We don't run in every day with a gun drawn." Well, obviously.
