Meet Audrey Crabtree, a 99-year-old grandmother who finally got her high school diploma eight decades after she first enrolled at East High School in Waterloo, Iowa. Crabtree was the guest of honor at a school board meeting Monday, where she finally received her diploma with her daughter and granddaughter at her side. "I feel so much smarter," she told board members and those who gathered to congratulate her. She had left the school before graduating to get married and start a family. Although she opened and ran a flower shop, she revealed that she always regretted not getting her diploma. Nice job, Mrs. Crabtree. [Source]
