8/25/2012Remember that time you did that thing? Of course you don't; the Internet is killing your memory! That's according to a new book, "The Guardian of All Things: The Epic Story of Human Memory." In it, author Michael S. Malone says our increasing use of technology has caused us to externalize our internal memory, and our brains just aren't what they used to be as a result. "What matters now is not one's ownership of knowledge, but one's skill at accessing and analyzing it," Malone writes dryly. Maybe.
