Planet of the Baboons as monkeys attack Saudi village

Villagers in Kiad, Saudi Arabia, are engaged in a minor war with platoons of baboons who are coming down from the hills to raid houses for food while their owners are out. This might not normally be cause to dig up Charlton Heston and prise an AR-15 out of his cold, dead hands, but according to locals, these attacks are organized, with the monkeys using "studied plans" to stay one move ahead of attempts to protect the village.
