'Dead' baby born on frozen street is revived, thanks to cops

Two very alert cops in Toronto helped bring a newborn baby back from the almost-dead. The officers were watching over what they thought was the corpse of a baby girl whose mother had given birth on a sidewalk in frigid temperatures (6.8 degrees), waiting for the coroner to arrive. Nearly two hours into their wait, they noticed a slight movement under the sheet.
