10 photos of adorable tiger cubs who will soon be best friends

The most adorable Malayan tiger cub in the whole world may be Berani, who was 2.6 pounds when he was born at the zoo in Tulsa, Okla. His keepers have hand-reared him since he was 36 hours old, after his mother stopped caring for him, and now, for Berani's own good, they're sending him to a zoo in Tacoma, Wash., where he'll become besties with Dumai, a Sumatran tiger cub just a few days older than he is. "With another tiger playmate of similar age, he will grow up to be better socialized and behave in an appropriate way with humans and tigers," says a Tulsa Zoo vet.
