1/18/2013If you think about it, the taco really is the most perfect food. It is a pocket of corn (or, if you’re a heathen, flour) filled with whatever your belly desires. And it fits in one hand. How can you possibly improve on that formula? Why, with bacon, of course. Specifically, a shell made of bacon. No, really, a shell made of bacon, which the forward-thinking proprietors of Philadelphia burger joint PYT have done with their limited-time-only "Bacon-Shell Burger Taco," — a shell made entirely of bacon stuffed with "a taco-seasoned beef burger," two kinds of shredded cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo and an "avocado and cilantro ranch sauce."
