9/27/2012Guys, this is the best news you'll read all day: There will be no bacon shortage. We repeat, THERE WILL BE NO BACON SHORTAGE. The press release that put pork lovers on high alert was just that, a press release (and we totally fell for it, too). The whole thing was started by Britain's National Pig Association, which wrote that a shortage was "unavoidable." But because we were all on the verge of freaking out, we didn't notice that it was really just an attempt to get British shoppers to encourage their local grocery stores to pay more for British-produced bacon.
