Police in Washington, D.C., are looking for a robber who reportedly hit two banks in 15 minutes, walking off both times with cash. The efficient thief was described as a possibly Hispanic woman with dark hair and a bandage on her face, wearing a "puffy" jacket, a black scarf, black pants, white sneaks and sunglasses. She allegedly handed a note to a PNC Bank teller on Wisconsin Avenue demanding money at about 9:13 a.m. Monday, and the teller complied.
