Barry Bonds slaps a $25M price tag on his lavish Beverly Hills mansion

1/19/2013

Cheaters never prosper. Unless they’re Barry Bonds, in which case they make a killing in high-end real estate after a fun-filled, allegedly steroid-packed baseball career. The home run record-holder is selling his seven bedroom Beverly Hills, Calif., estate for $25 million, after paying just $8.7 million for it in 2002. In fairness, the slugger has improved the property, adding a two-story wing to the home. But if Bonds receives his asking price, he will have almost tripled his investment in the property, nestled in the ultra-exclusive gated community of Beverly Park. Perhaps that check will soothe the pain of Bonds' continuing exile from the Baseball Hall of Fame. Click through the photos above to see different parts of the property. [Source]
