2/8/2013If there's ever a critter to test the assumption that all baby animals are adorable, it has to be the bat, right? Well, consider the theory golden. One look at the orphaned babies being cared for by Trish Wimberley at the Australian Bat Clinic and you'll be calling up trying to adopt one. Not that these heart-melters are bound for domestic pethood. Rescued after a natural disaster, they're being cared for by Wimberley and volunteers so they can be released into the wild, where they're a valuable part of the Australian ecosystem. Besides, on video they can be forever cute. Now, if they could just do something about the grown-ups.
