Batman arrested in Michigan by police officers with no sense of fun

It's a dark day for Batman, or at least the "Petoskey Batman," as Mark Wayne Williams of Petoskey, Mich., is called when he puts on a Batman costume. He was arrested previously after hanging out on the roof of a business in costume, carrying a baton weapon, irritant spray and sand-filled gloves. However, he never actively interfered with police work until Saturday. The Dark Knight appeared at the scene of an accident, confusing police dogs. After he refused to leave, police arrested the Dark Avenger, confiscated his costume and charged him with obstructing police. Presumably they also took an ax to the Bat Signal. [Source]
