Alleged flash mob turns into 200-person brawl, empties Louisiana mall

Fights are pretty typical at shopping malls. What isn't as typical, however, are fights involving 200-some brawlers and bystanders jamming escalators and shrieking in panic. But that was the scene at the Mall of Louisiana on Saturday night when massive hysteria broke out amid false reports of a shooter. Details are unclear, but one report claims a social media post had urged people to participate in a flash mob, which then turned violent and forced cops to evacuate the building.
