Watch BBC announcers jump for joy as Mo Farah wins 10K8/5/2012
One often gets the sense while watching sportscasters that they're just doing a job, dispassionately reporting the events before going home to do their gardening or restore armoires or whatever it is that they truly enjoy. Not so with the BBC's Olympic track and field crew. At the end of an exhilarating day for Britain's track athletes that included three gold medals within an hour, the cumulative endorphins got the better of commentators Colin Jackson, Denise Lewis and Michael Johnson, as Mo Farah won the 10,000 meter event. The only exception was the one spoilsport on the left, plugging his ears. Maybe he was Irish.
