Bear Grylls to star (and probably drink his pee) in NBC series

Next summer Bear Grylls will journey into NBC's primetime schedule, which just might be the most perilous region he's ever explored. The TV adventurer has teamed up with the network for a competition show with the working title of "Get Out Alive," which will presumably challenge its contestants to do exactly what it says on the tin. NBC's president of alternative and late night programming Paul Telegdy, who sounds like he's got a bit of a mancrush, gushed that "to meet Bear is to meet a force of nature ... These contestants are in for the ride of their lives!" With Bear Grylls in charge, they're probably also in for a cup or three of their own urine. [Source]
