If you don’t know who to vote for, let your beer guide you9/29/2012
As you prepare to knock back a couple of cold ones on this National Drink Beer Day, look at your brew of choice because it could reveal interesting insights into how you’re likely to vote this November. According to a study from Scarborough Research that surveyed 200,000 beer drinkers, those with a taste for Samuel Adams were the most likely to vote Republican, while Heineken fans primarily opted for Democrats. Right in the middle was Miller High Life, revealed to be a truly bipartisan beer as individuals from both parties come together to enjoy its flavor. Now the candidates know what brand to get to thank their supporters, but so far there’s no data on whether you can sway the voters by buying them rounds. [Source]
