Enter the exciting, fast-paced world of Olympic sweat moppers

Volunteering to clean up another person's sweat? It must be Olympic fever. Apparently being a sweat mopper at the Olympics is one of the more popular volunteer jobs. They're responsible for preventing the athletes slipping on their own perspiration on the courts and have to move at high speed — in badminton games, two duos only have 40 seconds during breaks to clean up the sweaty deluge using microfiber mops. Moppers also cover volleyball, basketball and handball, and practice a stretching routine to avoid injuries. On the upside, the sweaty sweat moppin' volunteers are often introduced before volleyball games and cheered by the crowd, so it might be all that added glory that's the attraction. [Source
