It's the holiday season's most versatile snack, and creative bakers have used gingerbread to create everything from a replica of the Millennium Falcon to Moe's bar to a lifesize laptop, featured in this appetizing gallery. Our favorite, though, has to be the incredibly ambitious rendition of Helm's Deep, known to J.R.R. Tolkien fans from "The Lord of the Rings."
