These 10 ads are practically nothing, but we like them anyway
11/29/2012Here's further proof that a picture — or at least a clever graphic design — is worth 1000 words, and sometimes millions of dollars in sales. These minimalist ads were produced by companies including McDonald's (heralding the arrival of Wi-Fi in its restaurants), candy brand Haribo and FedEx. Our favorite is the Lego-ized Simpsons family, which pays equal tribute to the cartoon characters' iconic design and the building blocks' endless versatility. The prize for impossible-to-forget, though, has to go to Durex, which never made a better case for its $2.50 product. [Source]
