In fact, most of the phrases in the latest BLR video could be actual Biden sound bites ("Plastic gold baby was right!"), and they're way less offensive than some of the vice president's real-life gaffes. As for the video maker, he's still only known as a "late-20s-ish" music producer from Texas. "I'm an artist, not a Republican," he told Rolling Stone. "I'm just trying to make something funny to laugh at."
