Bieber creates bad Karma by blinging his whole ride

Ellen DeGeneres made headlines when she gifted Justin Bieber a brand new $100,000 Fisker Karma electric sports car for the pubescent pop star's 18th birthday -- but apparently it wasn't shiny enough. The Biebs took the unfortunate step of applying a blinding chrome paint job to the entire car, effectively ruining some of the most seductive sheet metal on the road. But, while the distracting bling is in horrid taste, it doesn't break the law -- though the same can't be said for the aftermarket fuchsia LED lights on the front of the ride; as TMZ points out, those are illegal in California.
